cheers guys, lot easier and quicker than it looks, i have absolute fook all experience or patience and managed that effort! so i recommend getting a kit, think i paid about £80 but that kit had a few more pieces than most ive seen so they go a bit cheaper. jsut need that floor and maybe move the A/F gauge to the pillar

cheers dude, see it flesh at the next meet, still lacking in tunes at the mo, if anyones got a head unit going cheap...

u not reckon? im pretty keen on the idea.. need a few other bits, like a decent gearstick and handbrake to finish it off.

Nope, it looks really tacky. The chequer plate flooring I am guessing is what you mean.

If you like it, go for it, but personally, I think it looks good as it is.

Nice as is. Floor might be slightly OTT IMHO. Could you get someone to photoshop it first in order to check what it might look like? These seats are excellent, realy, realy like them.

not a bad idea, not sure where the seats came from, ill ask, i knwo u can get sets made up off ebay for a few hundred, the backs are done to match it looks pretty good. want to get the headrests embroided with the zed logo. there bloody comfy and unlike a lot of race seats they actually recline and are on sliders!

the seats where universal, i used the old subframes from the previous seats and got them welded to the newone's.

looks real good bud, love the colour!!!

i know this is off topic jacks but i see you have got t28 turbos!

im thinking of geting a z wid them in, what are they like, any good.also is it absolute certain that you need new injectors and other internals, as the one im looking for has standard internals.

t28s are fooking ridiculously fast! and i think if im right each one can pump out up to 350bhp, so in theory u could see up to 700bhp with them, although as it goes without saying youd need a hell of a lot of other work done. theres no reason why youd need forged internals, it all depends what kind of boost your planning to run.

although id say youd need new injectors overwise it would kind of defeat the object of having bigger tubs, i think if i remember standard pistons are good for about 450 at the wheels max, although id say 400 to play it safe as no two engines are the same. so u could have your t28s, a set of 555 injectors and an uprated pump, and some form of boost control and with it properly set up run a safe 400bhp at the wheels, thats all what i think youd really need to talk to one of the tech guys on here, as i could be completly wrong! good lck though mate. j

hi, far as i know you can safely run 1.0 bar (14.5 psi) boost safely with standard internals and injectors. injectors usually max out at about 400 bhp, standard fuel pump can go upto 500 bhp. the turbo's that jack300zx has are the gt28r a little different to the t28's. this is the cheaper option than to go for a hks, greddy kit.

jacks i mite have a head unit for you bud one of the sony black panel ones!!! its been sitting in my cupboard for a bit tho mate so ill have to check its all ok!!! giz a shout if your interested!!!!

glad everyone likes the interior, I re trimed it my self before tonyc bought it of me, took me ages to do. must say, not a bad job i did, considring it was my first time.

thanks for the advice baz and jacks. think if i get the car i will be putting in nismo 555 injectors by the end of the summer.

looking good bud - one question re the steering wheel!

i have the same wheel, but the horn button wont stay in place - is there anything that holds it in from behind?
