Rear Track Control Arms

Im having a job to remove the bolt that holds the inner / upper track arm in position.

 

Its the adjustable one and so Im not sure of the design and I have never removed one of these before.

 

I really could use some advise from someone who knows what Im talking about and has removed it themselves.
