I actually dont mind the game at all, its having all that goes with it morning noon and night i get fed up with !!

Its a game nothing more to me and while i accept everybodys entitled to there oppinions and own hobbys etc .

News at the moment is the most interesting thing on the TV, it does say a lot for the state of UK television though. Current affairs are paramount IMHO and society in its current state would cease to exist in any relevant form without it.

We was robbed" " why did the manager do this or that"

It seems the people i work with are more than qualified to manage just about any football team in the world, i cant believe they have not been offered the job as there so Fookin clever and have all the right answers (after the match i might add !)

But no come monday there back in ther mundane boring work bleeting about it.

I like football to play and sometimes i watch on TV.

I even went up to Luton airport when they came home a few years back after a World cup (When gazza was crying what year was that?)

So im not against the sport Just all the crap !

As a jock even I can say that I wish Rooney was going to the world cup - the tournament would definitely be much better with him there. A great player and talisman for England - but England have a great team regardless.

 

I do agree with the original post however. No amount of moaning about Rooney's foot is gonna make it heal quicker - Give us a break.

I think its a bit crap pinning our hopes on one player, we have one of the best defenders in the world n Terry, two of the best midfielders in Lampard and Gerrard, and we still have Owen who should be fit in time, so b@##oks to Wayne Rooney ugly fooker anyway.
