Urgent, knock sensor needed!

Can anyone supply me with a knock sensor for a 300zx TT UK car Auto. I need it by thurs AM and am willing to pay for special delivery or any service that can guarantee I get it for Thursday Am. I can pay tonight by paypal, card etc.

 

Please help, Nissan have screwed me! Car is for sale and they've had the part on order for 2 weeks!
