Code 34-Det sensor

Thankfully this hasnt come up on my car but it has on my mates car-unfortunately he hasnt got Net access so im hoping somebody can help him....

 

Basically reported poor performance so got him to do an ECU check that resulted in a code 34

 

What i need to know is the location of the connectors for the Det sensor so we can check these before fearing the worst...

 

Any pics for the above?

 

Also what are the options for replacement/bypass if it does turn out to be the sensor.
