Check out the Chav motors from last night in Shrewsbury. There were hundreds of them; they all came out of the woodwork last night. :mac1:

But Me Topper and Scubie showed them up.

We parked up, and up went the bonnets; but funny enough there were not many of the Chavs doing the same.......any thoughts.

I know; they were all piss and wind; nothing under the bonnet !!

Lots of plastic and some tidy wheels, but that was it.

Look out for Fast Car mag they were there. :nana2:

i have never done or been in to kevin' up my cars but its up to them what they like i like my car to go as well as like how i want. i dont see the point in spending £6000 on the looks then getting beaten off the lights by a wheel barrow

Where is that Superstar DJ when you want him to reply!!

Notice how they tend to look like they've all come from a rather suspect Council estate. Don't get me wrong I live on a very decent Ex-coucil estate. I'm sure you know the kind of council estate I mean.

Take a deep breath. I really cant see why they annoy so many people on here? I think its like Stella said. Fair play to them. Sorry to go against the grain but I gotta say some of them look good. OK they can be a bit of a pain in the arse doing wheel spins and donuts but all in all we are all after something a bit different. :x:

I agree. I'd say fair play to them. Most of those cars aren't to my taste (although like some others on here, I do like the Focus), but in the pictures shown it all looks like quality work. If it keeps them out of trouble and they enjoy doing it I can't see a problem with it.

But what's wrong with wheel spins and do-nuts, eh? ;)

lol.. yeah, like the one i came from.. a lovely place called orchard park in hull, not an apple tree in site and no fookin playground i can tell ya...

also wheelman, round here they we get a far more educated type of ram raider, theyu usually get 2 vehicles, a big un like a land rover to do the ramming, and a scooby or skyline to do the escaping.. bless em.. lol...

T

Good on them I say

Better Pouring all there money into there cars and having a interest

than Robbing my house to feed a smack habit "cos there life did not turn out as they expected"

I think some of the cars deserve more than just ridicule as there is a lot of effort gone into them.

Live and let Live

:D :D :D

lol they proberly robbed someone's house, car, mobil phone and be pushing drugs etc in order to pay for it. :D Most of them around were I used to live were feeding there car habit that way not one of them had a legal job. Most didn't even have Insurance or Road Tax. Some of there cars got removed from the public roads and crushed.

I fooking hate chavs and their stupid looking cars!

OK fair play i can understand and appeciate the work thats gone into them but it is not my cuppa tea at all and half of the cars are too over the top and look ****! IMHO of course even though they may think its cool and most of us dont thats their choice.

And what has been said before insurance for young drivers is horrendus so yes most of their modding will be the body work and not in the engine bay where it matters beacuse its easier to get insured on a slower car with bodymods than a fast standard car.

Give them all a few years and when the insurance gets cheaper for them i have no doubt in saying that they will progress on to proper performance cars, albeit will stupid bodykits too :D

Atleast they have a hobbie and you never know if a lot of them have done the work themselves, they could progress onto a bodyshop business or anything.

I still hate the way they dress though stupid pikeys! lol

is it a chav thing or a status thing i think they would like to have one they couldnt aford to run but neither can most of us

I think that orange effort is from Leicester, It was at the Bruntingthorpe charity day last year on the cruiseleics stand!

All the money thats gone into them and you could of got a proper Jap sports car FFS!!

It's wrong, All wrong i tells yer! :)

Nah mate the 205 is from round Melton.

Ivan

most of them put loads of effort and money into their cars and are really passionate about them thats true, just pity most of em use that effort to turn a resonable car into an ugly heap of sh1te
