right guys, need some help here.

 

Just been given one of these by a mate of mine who no longer wants it. It's in mint condition apart from the fact that it has no brakes on it! He has also givn me a set of hydraulic front and rear disc brakes. Obviously I'm gonna have to change the wheels, as the original ones are V-brake only. The thing is, the gers are Shimano Acera's and the trigger shifters and original brake levers are all in one jobbies. What I want to know is, can anyone suggest what trigger shifters I can replace them with?

 

Apologies if this doesn't mke a lot of sense, any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

EDIT: I should also point out the bike now has Marzocchi Bomber forks and not the original RST ones.

Just stick withe Shimano XT mate.

you can get full sets from a load of places for booger all. always hassle mix and match.
