Membership packs

Hi All,

 

I need details of all subscribed Midz members before next weekend so that the membership packs can be sent out.

 

Please can you do it like this please........

 

1. Your Real Name (eg. Ivan Taylor)

2. Forum Name (eg. The Dark Warrior)

3. Membership No (eg. 123)

4. Car Details (eg. 1991. UK, TT, LWB, Black)

5. Full postal address (eg. 1, The Road, My Town, My County. AB1 2CD)

6. Email Address (eg. thedarkwarrior@ntlworld.com)

 

All the details need to be exactly right e.g. if your fourm name has any capitals then thats how you need to write it up on the pm.

 

If you are not a subscribed member or have already sent a response then please ignore this email.
