Not nice being pulled mate, but look on the brightside had they not and might not be aware you need replacements. Bad tyres on any sports car can spell danger to your car and life.

Damn cops, i dont know how you dare say that when they've let you off with 4 illegal tyres, i'd be over the moon, he could have slapped fines on you

im not angry with them really, very relieved in fact! i know it could have been a lot lot worse! they were very nice actually!

I think you can get 3 points for each tyre so you are very lucky.

You can get three points per tyre so that would mean disqualification on totting up, possibly a prohibition notice on your car, court appearance and hefty fine!

I would go out and buy a lottery ticket!

£1000 fine for every illegal tyre too, so ive heard

Still, the cops are a right b@stard.

I think I might have got 3 points today. I was driving a 4speed Renault 5 at around 38 in a 30, there was a camera van parked on the side of the road.

Don't know if I will get busted for it yet.

The worst part is the waiting for something to come through in the post.

I have my fingers crossed...

Wasnt Cops Mate Probably Just Some ****ers Playing Cops ..low Life Lower Than A Submarine Shithouse "traffic Control Wardens" .....they Should Be Strangled At Birth.....its Like Having The School Tell Tale All Over Again

Correct :nono: you could of had an instant ban mate 4 x 3 points Big 12 fella oooops well lucky if you ask me

Shouldnt the front and rear tyre sizes be the other way round .On the first post.

Very lucky, if that were in North Wales you wouldn't be driving for 12 months and you'd be £4,000 worse off! Cumbrian Police have always been sound with me.

I also got pulled tonite on the way home, just a routine check so they said, thought they had got a youngster driving a performance car....got a shock when they saw

who it was....as it was a couple of the local coppers who know me, didn't know that I owned a Zed until today.......after that didn't bother to check anything.....phew

wow so lucky, 3 points and 1k fine for each tyre they "could" have done you for!!!

so could have been a ban! id be thanking mr policeman for letting me off,

thing is did you know the tyres were bald?
