What is the TPS?

Right, next problem!

 

I have a clicking noise coming from dash/bulkhead area. it clicks 4/5 times then waits 10 seconds before clicking again.

 

From searching the forum I have come to the conclusion that it is the TPS. but I don't know what the TPS is or how to locate it.

 

Can it be cleaned or should it be replaced?

    No 22 the black plastic box on the side of the plenum, if its a long way out of adjustment it clicks under the dash drivers side, a search will tell you how to adjust it properly, if its dead I think I have a spare.
