Do the head cleaning program a few times ,checking test print out all the time to see when you have it right.Reverse print the paper to save on it as the test only takes up a fraction of each side .

ive tried that but only does the black ink and no color comes through

Check print settings to make sure its not set to black print only.Try reinstalling printer drivers. Is it a refill jobbie? Then look if it is showing levels.Carry on doing the head cleaning for a few more times it should start printing. If not take the ink cartridge back as the chip might be fooked.

yeah they are refills, done the cleaning busines a few times got a faint pink line and that was it, gonna try and clean it manually

cant be arsed tonite though lol, cheers anyway vinz

I just got a new Epsom photo R220 for pretty much the same price as new ink for my HP

I've been on the google and found ink for less than a pint so figure I'm on to a winner, and it prints directly onto discs.
