hi guys who do i need to contact with regard to a private parking driveway to get no parking or no turning written somewhere.

im sick and tired of t**ts turning and parking near my car!!!

right. do you know if i have to apply or does the landlord/agency have to apply. this is getting right on me nerves now!!!

fools in there vehicles inches away from my car when there is a massively wide junction a little further down the road!! feel like blocking them in, the ones that park there that is!!

If you rent the house, then you will have to contact them first. All you say is that it would be a good idea to get it done and it would make the benefit the property (they wont do it unless they benefit from it). Then they would have to contact the Highways Agency unless they delegated the task to you.

 

If you own your house then all responsibilities lie with you.

 

If you have no luck getting lines painted onto the public road, you can put signs up within the proerty stating that it is private parking . If you could get a visible spot.
