As title really, I have recently bought a set of gauges and wouild like to know the best place to locate the senders for the oil pressure and oil temperature.

Is there somewhere on the engine for them to go or will I need a sandwich plate??

if you are going to run both pressure and temp i would go for a sandwich plate

just pressure is easy cause you can get senders with the same thread as the OE ones and fit them into the OE fitment

chris at greddy does em

but do a search for sandwich plates on any search engine and go shop...just make sure you get one with the right thread

dependant on the type of gauges you have mechanical or electrical,i personally recomend braided line ran from the oil filter tree, direct to the gauge this is obviously for mechanical gauges only, not a dig at sandwich plates, but to me there a bit crude, and have seen many leak which is not good obviously,id say the greddy range is a very nice gauge, and if you really love you z go for defi,as defi are the nicest gauges money can buy IMO and work :D
