I've been after a jap sports car for a while now. I was originally looking at the celica gt4 (st205), then the 200sx/silvia (s14). I was looking at mr2 t-bars also cus I love that targa top, but I'd never get one as they are only 2 seaters.

 

Thats when I remembered the zx and all other cars are now out the window. The description above is that of my ideal car.

 

So... If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

Thats excellent. I read that the 2+2 turbo wasnt available in america but me being in the uk, it didn't really help. And all the used car ads miss out bits of the info.

Would I be right in thinking that if a picture shows a front seat with the lift lever on it then its a 2+2?

i think even the swb has a lever to gain accsess to the rear qtr

Thanks mate. You can tell the different models by looking at where the fuel cap is positioned and overall length of the car which isn't as obvious,

on lwb the fuel cap is behind the wheelarch where on swb models it's in front of it.

Another question, I know all the reviews slag off the rear leg room of this type of car. But how does the rear leg room of the zx compare with say a super mini like a micra or fiesta?

I'm 6ft2 and I can just fit in the back, your best bet is to check one out at your local import dealer or maybe someone on here who is local to you and could help you answer most of your questions :)

I hade to sit forward the other day when I had some luggage in the back, I felt like a right twat and my knees were bruised, lol

I dunno why I sit so far forward, I reckon its probably stuck from getting it wrong on my very first driving lesson.

Does the back end of your car fit over the top of the original back end or is it a replacement?

Cona's back end is a replacement for the OEM lights.
