dont like it mate, very boring.

It's not a Skyline as we think of it though.

It's merely the JDM version of the US market Infiniti G35.

More like a mid-range coupe really. Like a Probe or Cougar.

The Skyline brand has been used for decades and is no more than a family car like a Mondeo. It's only the GTR that is a 'super-car'.

Like an Escort Cosworth or RS500 compared to a regular Ford shit-box.

Looks more like an executive saloon or something, they've gone completely backwards after the last ones

front cover of this months Top Gear mag-Also was at Auto Salon in Japan not long ago though i may be shot down by someone.....

LOL, this is about the 5th thread about the Infinity G35/Skyline.

It's based on the 350Z. There's a saloon version too. The R35 will not be badged as a Skyline AFAIK.

The GTR will never be able to be driven in Britain. Falls very very short of the European Emissions standards. Shame really.

its a dishonour to even put a "Skyline" badge on that audi or whatever the hell it is!

The GTR looks a bit too radical for my liking. i remember seeing a concept of the GTR35 a few years ago, looked like a coupe version of the 34. was the best picture ive seen yet but obviously will not come to fruition.

You mean this?

nice! not seen that one before. not the concept picture ive seen tho - it was a small picture and the car was blue/purple in colour.

I like the new one, i love the lines and its a step forward not just a rehash of an old idea plus it doesn't look a huge amount like anything out in the range, love the arse end too. I WILL be buying one :D

The new Skyline, also check out top gear magazine this month for the official write up

Yeah, that's more like it. Spot the '99 spec Z32 spoiler on the back though (or is it just me?).

dont like either of em, the 34's will shoot up in price once they release these..lol..

nissans dropped a *****ck here if u ask me... but what does the average man in the street know eh..

That's fookin horrible looks like a Ford Scorpio.

I don't know about it yet.

Give it a wash and it would look alot better.

Get rid of those ford rear lights and maybe a bit of body kit and it might be half way there.
