Turbo Pressures

Removed K&N filter and suction hoses - noticed that passenger side is sucking more air than Drivers side when idling!! Is this correct????

 

i know i have AFM disconected but that shouldn't change draw the turbo's create!!!

 

Had her Rolling Road'd the other week and only got 246BHP from her!!!

 

So stipped off front end to have a look.

 

Can anyone tell me if this is the characteristics of their motor??????

not too sure on the turbo pressure, but the bhp-was that at the wheels or flywheel

 

i got 261 at the wheels, but 340 at the fly

I did have a cracked hose though!!! which was loosing me boost!!

 

Is there a away to set up your throttle linkage - playing with that changes the draw from turbo's and makes them similar! Just want to make sure its all set up correctly!

Yup!-there's adjustment on each throttle, get em' so they open evenly! ;)

I got 345 bhp at the fly and 289 at the wheels, 20% expected is the loss through the auto box in second with HOLD on. Both sides should draw the same though mate.......

Cheers man - found out that throttle linkage wasn't set right! adjusted it and both drawing almost the same.

 

Yeah,hole in right hand side hose opening up like a fanny when boosting hard! Boost gauge still reading 10psi when under hard boost tho!! leaking boost tho no matter what so gonna give low figure on RR! Was dissapointed with output!!! Hoping for at least 300 at flywheel!!!

 

20% loss thru transmission - Auto, WHat is losses approx thru manual????
