Realistically how much should i ask for for my whole engine with turbos etc that i have just taken out of my car?

As far as im aware the only probs are the rings (rear cylinders were low on compression)

100 quid, not being funny but to anyone who wants a knackered engine IMHO aint gonna pay much more for it, especially if they have to travel very far to get it

 

at the end of the day, it may be more to it than just rings, you would have to strip it to find out for deffo

if he is willing to 100 and collect i would go for it bud, then put the cash toward sa boost controller to go with the chip ;)

you need to find a cost on courier also, as i think that will have an effect on what you can charge, then give a price with delivery included, as thats what will scare most off

Strip it sell the individual parts and scrap the bad bits. The heads might still be OK the cmas and such. the tubs must be worth something? There, put a bit of time into it and earn back a few quid.
