I've had a dodgy back for a few years, but its not given me any hassle for 6 months or so, until I bought my Z two weeks ago. I guess that I need to look at the seat, as I'm not getting rid of the Z! The dowside is that I need a good back to do the ongoing maintenace on the Z!

Chiore practice?

No seriuosly go see one, but before you go

Lie on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor,

turn your hips upwards so the small of your back is flat on the floor as well,

put a book under your head about the size of your fist,

and stay like that for ages watching t.v

This will help relax the muscles in your lower back and help to stretch your spine out again. Most of the pain in your back will be your muscles going into spasm to try to keep your spine strait to stop you damaging your spine.

When they spasm they trap nerves and that give you the sharp shooting pain.

The lieing down is not a cure but will help loads.

Or you could skin up a mongas J and get high.

well i got loads of tramadol so i got that for the pain and i got my special arthritic brufen here very weird type of pills and the gool old deep heat.. fookin great stuff!! stinks like mad but does its job first time!!!
