running on 5

my car is really pissin me off :(

 

every now and then it starts running on 5 cylinders and sounds real lumpy (bit like a V8 if you get my drift).

Power is down etc so I pull over and on tickover you can hear its not right.

 

Ive tried tapping the coil packs - moving leads, tapping connectors to temp senders, ptu aetc all whilst running.

 

about 2 mins later it'll just clear up for no reason, Ill be hobbling along then like that its back to normal

 

Where should I be looking?
