Engine sensor readings..

Hi,

 

I have Datascan working now, but I'm not sure what the correct readings from all of the sensors should be. So it's difficult for me to check stuff out and know what’s going on. Are there any posts or documented stuff regarding this? I'd like to learn a bit about how each sensor works and affects the car.
