April 13, 200619 yr I know axle tramp is common on manual TT's. Anyone know a good fix. This damp weather makes for loads of slippy slide and wheel hopping. Thanks in advance.
April 13, 200619 yr Caused by a Worn shocks and worn subframe bushes. New shocks and either new subframe bushes (costly) or subframe spacers help significantly.
April 13, 200619 yr I suffered from this when I had my new alloys and tyres. The cause was tyre pressure not being correct, way to high. Once corrected, all was lovely once again, no more bouncing around.
April 13, 200619 yr What pressures are you running? I've got stock wheels with Bridgestone Potenza's I think I am running around 32 on the front and 35 at the rear. HTH Chris
