Hi folks, I've got a question about the sounds that dump valves (BOV's) make. In the fast and the furious film the dump valves don't make the usual wooshing sound. To me it sounds more like a rattle. Is this a particular type of BOV i.e. HKS SSQV or Dual piston type?

Cheers, Mark

Hi Mark

I believe the dump valve on the Eclipse in the movie was a Greddy type S. I've heard this dump valve on a S13 and S14 and both sounded identical to the Eclipse.
