what about legrath when he gets his web site up?

i strongly recomend 10's .. 8's are ok when youre not moving but ive found a 10 works better when on the move .. as you drive your car produces road noise .. you then need more power to cancel this effect out, which is why a lot of companies have stopped producing 8's .. and at £28 youre not gonna get a lot of that.. if you need any advice please dont hessitate to contact me .. i can supply audio equipment to suit all budgets

i got tens from a good guy on ebay 700 watts each , tornado shape made by kenwood, 24,99 plus 15 delivery .but i orderded two tens and 6+9s, all in delivery charge , i will get link if you want it, ps zxmad is more than correct 10,s will out perform 8,s all day long , your more than welcome to listen to mine if your nearbye !

the only reason i want 8" is to retain the boot space and i want a punchy bass not a rumble. looking at building some side pods in the boot not a full install. It's not for a loud sound just a little thump.Cheers for the link scrwni

Thats just the reason I was looking at 8s but everyone I have spocken to have told me the same thing, they are not up to it.

 

I have been looking at it for a long time now and think you can just about get 10s in if you are good, but you need to be aware of depth of the sub and the air that it moves.

A 10 will still fit in nicely ... just beware of mounting depths and make sure they work in a small enclosure, the smaller the enclosure the dearer the sub will be .. as for fitment in a zed, you can fit 6 12"s in .. come and have a look at JAE this year
