my dopy, stupid, idiotic, docile @#~!!?*%$ of a missus has only gone and binned my headlight inserts with the rubbish down the skip !!!!!!!

 

I took the headlights apart last weekend and cleaned them up and I took out the inserts cause i'm considering getting them chromed or chrome painted - she had a clear out and threw the plastic bag they were in away by mistake with all the other rubbish that I put aside in the shed ( silly me I should have put a label on the bag, thats what she said i should have done !!! ), I went back to the council dump, but needle in a haystack was the reply from the council bloke......

 

so needless to say i'm pi**ed off......

 

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SET OF HEADLIGHT INSERTS FOR SALE ??

I have some battered headlights kicking about in my garage if you want them, come and collect em for a drink if you like bud!! The backings are knackered but all the inserts ect will be perfect.

i've got to work tomorrow mate - bummer , if you could post them then thats fantastic, PM me with the cost........ if i could get them so that I can have them back in the car ready for April 16th then thats a real bonus.......

 

I was in the process of putting the car back together today and found out that they have been binned, i'm not going to get them chromed just yet, i've got a holiday to pay for......

she knows i'm pissed off about it, but she's reimbursed me so i'm not out of pocket, and she's going to "look after" me tonight - nudge nudge, wink wink......

 

so all is well that ends well, with many many thanks to Chunk........

 

from now on she says she will leave EVERYTHING in the shed to me which suits me just fine, I don't rummage around in her knitting drawer, so she shouldn't go rummaging around in my shed... I know where EVERY little nut and bolt and EVERY tool in my tool kit is, if she goes in there then my little system is buggered.

 

I've got jars of all sorts of nuts, bolts, washers, screws, and its all needed, its not hoarding - honest.

 

the 1/2 used tubes of sealant and filler and paint and such like is there for a reason - the lads know what i'm talking about.....
