Cooling questions, oil and air

Couple of questions re cooling,

 

I have a Koyo rad to go on soon but noticed a lot of posts about Kenlowe fans, would this fan be an improvement? any pro's and cons for changing to a Kenlowe fan.

 

I have a UK car, which has been converted to a manual. Would a Stillen or Nismo oil cooler be an advantage? They claim 300% more efficiency.

    paying extra for the name, get a cooler from thinkauto (do a google)
