I'm Currently Trying To Fit Poly Bushes To My Subframe And Not Making Much Headway. :headvswal

I've Also Got A Set Of Solid Alloy Drift Spec Bushes I Wanted To Fit But Nobody Seems To Know If I Need To Remove The Casings From The Original Bushes Or Not! :confused:

I Cant Beleive This Has Stumped Me After All The Other Work I've Done On These Cars. :o

I fitted Nismo bushes to my subframe. I removed the stock ones by cutting out the rubber center with a hole saw, then removed the outer casing by cutting down the length with a hack saw until it pealed in on itself.(dont saw too far, a small chisel may help) The casing will then just fall out.

 

You can use a press but would need a special jig to prevent bending the subframe.

 

The new bushes then slid in place fairly easy ;)
