Very easy, jack up drivers side and get underneath, and loosen the tap at the bottom of the radiator!

what about geting rid of the air lock

make sure front of car is higer than back park on a sloped drive say, then take top of rad cap off and start car then keep topping the rad up as it drops levels when the air is coming out.

Not had a problem myself, undo rad cap and then undo tap at bottom. I've removed my rad, replaced it and no problems.

also if your petcock tap at the bottom of the rad doesnt empty anything then theres a shit load of crap in the bottom, best thing to do is take the rad out and flush it all out, it will take some time, mine took 2 1?2 days to totally clean out.

that can damage the fins so be careful!!! i used a good strong hose to get the fins cleaned up and all the crap out.. tell you what though i was so glad i did!!!!!! the coolant was so bad in there. and so much 5hit going round the system, next is the matrix heater to change..

thanks every one

let the car idle with the aircon on max temp and max blow, keep topping up the rad :)
