arse slipping

My 91 UK spec TT seems to wiggle every time I hit a bump on the road ie the back of the car seems to lose traction very slightly. This happens in either wet or Dry conditions. Is this down to a HICAS problem ???

Or do all 2+2's to this

My SWB TT never had this complaint
