Ebay Chip

Featured Replies

The chip is just plug and play is long as the ECU is socketed.

It is me who is selling the chip, but the reason for selling on ebay.com instead of ebay.co.uk is due to the fact that it will require 100ron fuel as far as I am aware.

This has not been confirmed as it was on my car when I bought it but I would suggest if you want to use this chip in the UK, use octane boosters with your fuel. Lots of people do but I couldnt be bothered with it. There are also plenty of other chips you could use, do a search through the forum for JWT or Nisstek (I have on mine)

Well first you'd have to determine wether yout ECU has been socketed. As the standard chip is soldered direct to the board, so that would need to be removed, then a socket fitted before this chip can be fitted.

There are a coupl of people on here that would do this for you, and they can offer you a range of chips according to your specification.

Fisrt person to try, IMHO, is AndyP  Great bloke, did mine with a standard spec chip, perfect, not one problem with it.
