Lightscribe labels?

Anyone else got a Lightscribe CD/DVD burner like mine? I got a Sony, I bought some discs and am about to have a go at burning a label aswell.

 

Anyone got any tips on how to use images or CD labels that you get in .jpg format when you download albums?

 

I'm using NERO to burn the discs with!
