What would be the best adhesive to fix a split lower bumper.

I have noticed a split in my standard lower front bumper only about 3" long but still bugs me, so whats the best stuff I could use to bond the 2 parts together again, fill and spray over?? Luckily its the stone chip effect stuff which is just standard black. The crack appeared since I lent my Z to my ex manager to impress some lady friend in :xxx: But he denied it.

    get it from any body shop suppliers, you can paint over it too and it will not let go once its set
