front bumper fitting

Ive never had a bodykit before so gona ask some noob questions?im about to order an aftermrket fibreglass front bumper.

Im going to get it sprayed properly but can you DIY fit them yourself ok?obviously i need to remove the front indicators/fogs etc.What else needs to b removed from the zed?Can the headlights stay in situ?does the kit have to b fitted before spraying or do you spray it first.

thanksfor advice and putting up with some stupid questions.
