SO the theory is that the hard shoulder will be converted to allow cars with more than 1 person in. Now this sounds ok until you get to the point where extra police will be on hand to patrol incase cars with only a single person try to use the lane!!!
I am sure that the public would rather see these extra patrols being used to catch criminals!!!!
I bet it will not be long until they decide to take a whole lane off the M6 like they did with the STOOPID bus lanes on the M4...
