Restrictors in the exhaust?!

Help! Im deeply worried as ive just read some info that says I may have a restrictor plate in my f/pipes if so..... where?! ADVISE PLEASE as im on the rollers Sat with no cats , jwt chip and all my other bits....... It appears I may have overlooked this! Your speedy replys will be appreciated.

If you have aftermarket cat back exhaust, then the restrictors have been removed. They are in the original cat back exhuast at the opening just after the cats.
