I have a laptop which has powerpoint on it.

 

When i get an e mail with a powerpoint file, it wont open, it says no programme associated to it, see folder options. if i save the file, then it will open from the saved location no problem. How do i set it up to open from e mail ?

 

i use outlook express as my mail

just point it to power point ie c:\programfiles\microsoftoffce\powerpoint\powerpoint.exe

or where ever power point is

lampshader, sorted mate, there was a bit missing from the irectory. nice one

however if you dont have it installed it cant use the program it needs if its not installed!!!
