Just trying to do up the nut attaching the track rod bar to the hub assembly, but the ball keeps turning. How do I lock it?

Put a jack under the bottom of the ball joint and put some pressure on it from underneath. That will lock it in place and stop it spinning. Don't do it too hard, just enough to stop it spinning.
