my drivers door window is jammed down about 2 inches from being totally closed. I think the window motor has gone kaput, so I need to change it. Only problem is, I cant get the door card off cuz the window is blocking access to the little plastic plug on the rear edge of the door. Any ideas on how to get to it? The window is totally jammed by the way, no amount of force has moved it yet.......only thing i can think of is smashing the window.....

Take the door panel off, and then un bolt the motor form the door, this will allow the window to move, with the motor still stuck.

He cannot take the door card off.

You can take the door card off with out taking that plug out, because the bottom is clipped in, and you can pry it out just enough to get to the 2 screws underneath.
