You won't believe this - I am the luckiest guy in the world!

 

Some of you may know, it is my 30th birthday on Saturday (11th March) and I have had a feeling that the Mrs has been arranging a party or something for me. Well......

 

I pulled up at home in my work van last night, and she came rushing out of the house to tell me that I won't be needing my drills as I won't be working on Friday (today). Also, that I only had an hour to get ready!?!?

 

So, I promptly showered and got changed, then we jumped in the car - along with two suitcases - and set off to who knows where. After a long journey down the M1, round the M25, and onto the M23, we ended up at Gatwick airport! We checked into the Hilton (a very nice room too) and went for dinner - all this time I am still none the wiser as to what's going on.

 

We got up this morning and headed towards the South Terminal and she got the camcorder out and pointed it at me. We walked around the corner, towards check in, and she told me...

 

..... WE'RE GOING TO LAS VEGAS!!!! :dance: :bow: :dance: :bow: :D :D :D

 

Vegas is my FAVOURITE place in the whole world, and I had no idea that anything of this magnitude was planned for me. I am so lucky to have a wife like Jacqueline, she is my best mate, and the most beautiful person in the world to me. I don't know what I have done to deserve this, but I know that I am going to have the time of my life!

 

So, I'm afraid I won't be at Da Pod on Sunday as I thought but, stuff you guys - I'LL BE IN VEGAS!!!!!!!
