Informeter readings?

I have fitted my informeter and have a few questions ...more like looking for advice.

Ignition advance at WOT is 21/22 degrees ( 15 at idle )

Injecter timing at WOT is 17ms for both banks.

 

For me to up the boost the Ignition advance is good but where can I push it to safely without DET? ( I mean if I up the boost at what degrees would it show if it was detting, have heard that you watch this to see if it retards the timing when it dets then back off on boost )

What injecter timing should I not be going above?
