my zx when starting from cold revs high and low

Cannot work this one out? its a twin turbo just had O2 sensor replaced, the car is still when starting from cold reving up to 1500 then down, sometimes staling, is this just beacuse the engine is cold? if the air is on or the heater it dosen't stall. Does anyone now what is going on? oil pressure is good everthing seems to be running fine. Please can anyone help me with this.

This sounds like a problem with the idle air.

Did you clean the Throttle bodies recently?

If not, then that's the first step.

If you read the write ups, you'll that there's a ton of things involved but

cleaning the throttle bodies is a good first step.

Yeah sounds like the IAA assembly is screwing about check the tech page posted and go from there.
