Hi there, I was rather hoping someone could help me out here..... I have a 91 Jap import auto Fairlady, derestrictor chip, cone air filter and twin Bailey dump valves, I have removed both cats and both centre boxes (replaced with stainless) and have Kakimoto rear boxes. She boosts at 11 psi and holds and I run her on SUPER UNLEADED so?????? Waht do we think the BHP might be, I have no idea and would appreciate any educated guesses as shes hitting the rollers on the 18th and they want an "owners estimate" before hand.

310BHP at the fly? Presume you've got an aftermarket intake too.

no one likes guessing anymore on this,cause they always over state the amount of bhp some would say 380 some would say 330 get a decent torque reading when you do it ,far better

Yeah the filter is a massive metal mesh type of thing under the front panel, the air flow meter has been opened up and resealed. Not sure what that means?

FWIW, with similar mods mine made:

 

269 RWHP

325 FWHP

270 RWFtLb

330 FWFtLb

 

Differences being 12 PSI and with my knackered cats still in place.

So im guessing with 1 bar boost should be about 350 fw bhp?

Thanks everyone, im gonna say 280bhp at the flywheel when they ask this will allow for a much smaller embaresment factor :xxx: when it makes 210 or something HA HA HA!
