hmm im pretty much inept with mechanical things, iv looked at the engine by numbers thingy, and well it says resevoir (#3) so i take it thats where i fill it up? does the cap just unscrew? just there a pipe/lead sticking out of the top of it.

 

 

hope this sloves the hicas, light goes out going downhill so i persume its this.

Yes it will turn anti clockwise through 90 degrees, hopefully this should solve your problem

the hicas is the 4ws also anyone have any idea how this system works? is it traction control or somthing?

Nope, the hicas is 4ws, although very slight, you will

hardly notice it at all. the series one z had the hicas running

from the pas pump, the series 2 had it running electronically.

It is quite common to replace the hicas with a solid rear axle.
