Service trouble & hks induction kit - help

I was attempting my first service on the zed today, when i started having a few problems.

 

firstly the spark plugs to a loooooooooooooooooooooong time, eventually done.

Secondly i have no idea how to get the fuel filter off.Do i just yank it off the pipes, or what.

Thirdly i was intending on fitting my induction kit as i thought it would be straight forward, however the instructions say that i have to remove the front bumper. Is that so.

How hard is it and how do i do it??
