Induction kits?

Just helped my bro fit his induction kit (blitz i think) and there were these strange angled arm type things left over. Where do they go as we couldnt seem to find a place for them. Are there different kinds of design where the air box is or have we missed something. Pretty sure its right the way we did it.

Not quite sure if I'm barking up the wrong tree here but I've seen a few induction kits that were firmly held in place by one or two metal arms that at one end fit to the cone filter and the other end on the little cooler fitted in front of the radiator. Again, I'm not sure if this could be your answer but it's worth a shot.

Good luck!

The other two bits hold the splash guard underneath the filter up. Fix to holes on sides. That is why you need to cut some of it off to fit round the end of the filer. Hard to read japanese isn't it. Paul.

You're right Paul, have spoken to the Macca tonight and he concurred. However, god knows why you need the splash guard held in place??? Coz once you get the whole lot in place fuck all moves anywhere! biggrin.gif
