cant you have the bottom two reverse lights converted to fogs? as oposed to the two on the drivers side

and also would the lenses/glass need changing to red or could you just get red bulbs

Basically, NO!

Currently there is only one bulb per side, not two, also with this the light then passes through both top and bottom lenses, so there is no separation. But if you were to 'Mod' the enclosure in a way to blank off the top and bottom and then mount a bulb holder then it could be done :D
