any ideas

hi guys. i payed my subscription last sept/nov and still havent received a memebers pack. any ideas where it might be, or when it may arrive??

    I think the person who would normally send that out has stood down from the job but a new person will be appointed asap and he will hopefully sort you out, there are a few people waiting I believe.
