Set my boost controller the other week to run a max of 1.00 bar and the saftly llimit at 1.10bar. It was running and holding a bar boost lovely. Now when i set it up it was a cold evening (2 degrees C). Last week in the day I went out and on the same settings and got 0.86bar (air temp was about 10 degrees i think). I though maybe i might have changed the settings and forgot, so readjusted so that it was running 1bar on full boost, all was fine again.

Went out last night (air temp 0 degrees) it hit 1.16bar even though the controller is set to cut boost at 1.10bar, way way to high (though car went like stink). So readjusted back down and made mental note.

Does this sound like a small boost leak? seems weird how air temp makes such a big difference?
