no modification is need for the 16g IIRC to the engine bay or wing,although 18g wil do as mac1 and kirbz etc will tell you

you just replace the injectors and o-rings themselfs and fit a chip suited for the injectors

ahhh trouble is mines a 92/93 engine is that still okthanx for your help mate you little star:)

Deffo machine lower plenum, fit late model fuel rails and then late model injector connectors to suit mate. Border kit would be more easier to fit meaning lower plenum not required to be machined. Also 555's on TD05's is pretty much on their limits, so you need to consider one of the above mate :)

tis not easy is it bugger me so you rekon 740s then smithy ill trust you on that one mate will start saving can you e-mail me the price bud and ill see what i can do oh with the border kit is it 740s or 800+s and then will i need x2 fuel pumps? thanx guys :)

Jon like Greg said you only need to chop if you are fitting the 18G.

 

You wont need the Border 850 fuel rail for TD0516G 555s will do the job ask Nend he has more experiance of the TD05 range than anyone on here IMHO.

Border is 850cc mate :) As for fuel pumps i'd be very surprised if you wern't okay with what you have on the 16g's, this would come apparent when mapping the car anywas mate and you would simply turn the boost down until you were sorted, we can sort that out anyways if need be :)

not 3 bad misus is up the duff erm engine still in my front room (due to nasty weather in england plus not alowed to keep it at work and plus it pisses her off lol) oh and i parked emmas zed behind another zed at halfrauds and he then reversed into her car told him it was k as it was her car not mine howz you allan oh and cheers mac dude you wanna see my front room lol zxr bits ducati it zed bits tis like demoliion derby in here :)
