Where the best place to get a set of standard turbos reconditioned,

just got a quote of A.R Turbos of between £120 to £395+vat each these are authorised by Garrett with a 3-4 day turn around.

justed called turbo repairs uk in blackpool and got a quote of £210 each all in with pick up and deliver

when i sent my turbos in to be reconed, i got a huge bill as they said that the cores were knackerd, no smoke though!! anyway just be caerfull incase they call back and say £££££

Phil at at C & S Woods will do the job + cam belts for around £800 so its just the cost of the turbos and where to go now :confused:

phill at c&s wood is your man 100% he rebuilt my engine its now awsome, i always take my zed to him, ask him if he remembers dewi.

 

i used turbo technics, i dont think i will use them again though..

we use turbo dynamics and have a very good relationship with them and get great prices.

Had a pair done last year by Midland Turbo , £175 +vat each , you get one years unlimited mileage warranty on them .

I need a set for my customer. He wants to go slightly uprated he already had the 360 bearing but as they are heading for the bin he wants to replace them with the next stage up.

 

Anybody got any TUBS UPGRADED for Sale ....???
