So the rest of us from the Midlands need to have our own convoy using the M1.>M18.>A1M route. :dance:

I suggest we start at J27 on the M1, so Notts and Derby area members can get together here.and anyone else who wants to join us.

On the Mansfield side of the A 608 there are laybys either side of the road just off the Junction roundabout. meet there! OK??

All ya gotta do is come off at J 27 come over the motorway and take the A608 MANSFIELD exit. Lay by is just there.

 

There used to be a show called MFN in heanor every sunday night (comes back again in the summer). After the show everyone went to the A608 to race around on the dual carriagway. The place was packed with cars parked everywhere watching people race.

Anyway, the police arrived one night, stopped everyone racing and said that if they see anyone parked in the laybys with a modded car, they would get an on the spot fine.

Im sure we'll be fine but just thought id point it out.
